1. Processing & Dispatch Time
• Assembly Ritual: Orders are processed, mixed, and dispatched within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).
• Peak Launch Periods: During major drops or festive seasons, dispatch may take longer. We’ll always communicate delays clearly at checkout or on-site.
• Tracking the Journey: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your relic’s voyage.

4. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
• Your Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete details.
• Returned Orders: If your parcel is returned due to address issues or missed collection, you’ll need to cover re-shipping costs. Refunds will exclude original shipping charges.

5. Risk, Loss & Melted Sweets
• Risk Transfer: Once your parcel is marked as delivered, it becomes your responsibility.
• Courier Delays: We’re not liable for delays caused by Evri, Royal Mail, or events beyond our control.
• Warm Weather Warning: We pack carefully to prevent melting, but we can’t guarantee sweet condition if parcels are left in hot spots (e.g., sunny porches, cars).
