What is a relic

A relic is a founder - bestowed artifact from the Sweetalaxy. It's not sold, it's free. Every relic is summoned, not purchased and carries lore, rarity and emotional weight. Some are playful. Some are prestige. All are part of our Sweetalaxy.

How do I get one

Relics are randomly dropped with qualifying orders. Will your order be the one that summons a relic? If so - what kind? You'll only know when your purchase arrives. If nothing's there, try again. The founder know the drop cycle, but the vault never whispers twice. Visit our Relic Drops page to how many are in play this season.

Are relics edible

Relics are not edible. They're founder forged artifacts - crafted for collecting, displaying, lore building and for using. The choice is yours. They will come with the customers sweets, but the relics themselves are not for consumption.

What's the difference between common, rare and legendary

Relics are tiered by mystery. Common relics are widely summoned. Rare relics shimmer with founder flair. Legendary relics, only a few will land and they change the lore forever.

What is the Ultimate Relic Drop

One lucky customer receives every Season One relic in a single cosmic shipment. It's founder whisper turned myth.

Can a relic be returned

Unfortunately postage to Bonbonia is far too expensive for you. But if your relic arrives damaged, we'll ask for photographic proof and replace it - no questions, no fuss. Founder fairness is part of the Sweetalaxy.

Some of our sweets are suitable for certain dietary requirements. Always check the product page before placing your order to make sure it fits your individual needs.

Do you include nutritional info

Yes where relevant. If a sweet has nutritional content, you'll find it listed on the product page. If it's just for fun (and founders flair), it's pure joy and zero guilt.

Are your sweets safe

Yes. All products meet UK food hygiene standards and are packed in founder- audited conditions. Allergens are clearly listed. Some sweets may cause a choking hazard, especially for young children so we recommend supervision while snacking. Founder care is part of the Sweetalaxy.
